This refund policy applies exclusively to orders and delivery addresses within Singapore and purchases made on the Dreame Singapore website (dreame.sg), Dreame Westgate and Dreame Funan.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Returned goods must be in the same condition and sealed in their original packaging as when first received. Defective or used items will not be accepted.
Return Procedure:
- Customers are responsible for all costs associated with sending back the return product.
- Customers must provide the tracking number to Dreame Singapore once the parcel has been shipped.
- Dreame Singapore requires 1 - 3 working days to check the condition of the returned goods upon receipt.
Refund Process:
- After approval of the refund, Dreame Singapore will request the customer's banking details.
- The refund amount will be transferred within 3 working days after checking is completed and acknowledged by the customer.
- Customers will be informed once the refund is made.
- All refund and return decisions made by Dreame Singapore are final.
Exchange Policy:
- All products are non-exchangeable unless covered under our Warranty Policy.
