Included in the Installation Service:

  • Unboxing and Inspection: We will unbox your Dreame Robot Vacuum and Smart Water Kit and inspect them for any visible damage or defects.
  • Setup: The Smart Water Kit will be properly assembled and installed onto your Dreame Robot Vacuum.
  • App Pairing: We will configure the water kit settings and integrate it with the Dreame Home App.
  • Testing: A test cycle will be run to ensure the water kit functions correctly with the robot vacuum.
  • Basic Cable & Pipe Management: We will provide basic cable and pipe management to ensure a tidy setup, though this does not include trunking or hiding cables and pipes.
  • Basic Tutorial: A brief tutorial will be provided on how to operate and maintain your water kit and robot vacuum together.

 

NOT Included in the Installation Service:

  • Additional Accessories: Installation of any accessories not included in the Smart Water Kit.
  • Home Wi-Fi Settings: Configuring your home Wi-Fi network is not included. However, our technician will use a mobile hotspot to test app pairing and network connectivity if your Wi-Fi is not yet set up. This does not include setting up your Wi-Fi router.
  • Major Home Modifications: We do not perform any drilling, alterations to existing structures, or modifications to accommodate the installation. This includes additional trunking to hide pipes and cables.
  • Non-Standard Installation: Custom installations requiring special tools or equipment not included in the basic service package are not covered.

 

Dreame Robot Vacuum Smart Water Kit Installation - Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • The installation service is available to customers who have purchased the Dreame Robot Vacuum and Smart Water Kit, along with installation services, from an Authorized Store or Reseller.
    • Scheduling: Please schedule your installation appointment only after receiving the Smart Water Kit to avoid any delays.
  2. Proof of Purchase:
    • Customers are required to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) from an Authorized Store or Reseller to schedule the installation service.
  3. Service Appointment:
    • Installation services are conducted by appointment. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
    • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of the installation fee.
  4. Technician Waiting Time:
    • Our technician will wait up to 30 minutes upon arrival. If you are not available or ready within this time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and additional charges may apply.
  5. Installation Duration:
    • Standard installation is expected to take approximately 1 hour under normal circumstances. Please ensure that the installation site is prepared with all necessary power sources, water sources, and drainage before the technician's arrival.
    • To prevent any miscommunication or issues, please complete any plumbing, wiring, and carpentry work prior to our technician’s visit. We also recommend not having any third-party installers, plumbers, or electricians present during the installation.
  6. Confirmation of Installation Requirements:
    • By purchasing the Smart Water Kit, you confirm that your setup meets all the necessary requirements as outlined in the product information, and that the installation site is ready.
  7. Post-Installation Check:
    • Customers are responsible for verifying the condition of the robot vacuum and water kit before the technician leaves. Any concerns should be raised immediately to ensure they are addressed.
  8. Repair Service:
    • Should any issues arise with the robot vacuum or water kit after installation, please contact customer service to arrange for a separate repair session, as the installer is not equipped to handle repairs.
  9. Warranty:
    • The installation service is covered by a limited warranty for workmanship. Any issues due to improper installation will be rectified at no additional cost within the warranty period.
  10. Liability:
    • The Authorized Store, Reseller, and service technicians are not liable for any damage to the product or property caused by pre-existing conditions or misuse not related to the installation service.
  11. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
    • To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the installation fee.
  12. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By purchasing the installation service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
