DREAME INTERNATIONAL (HONGKONG) LIMITED and its affiliates (“Dreame”) do not directly collect personal data from this Site. This Site is operated by DM Dasher Pte Ltd, the official distributor of Dreame Singapore. We are responsible for handling the personal data you provide on this Site. 

Where you choose to use Dreame’s App or enable account integration features, certain personal data may be shared with Dreame, subject to your consent, for purposes including App services and account integration.

 

2.                  How We Collect Your Personal Data

Personal data refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or in other ways that are related to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding anonymized information.

We believe that you can have great products and great privacy. This means that we strive to collect only the personal data that we need. The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us.

When you create an account on our Site, purchase and/or activate a product or device, connect to our services, contact us (including by social media), participate in an online survey, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect a variety of information, including:

Your account ID of our Apps or websites, and related account details, including email address, phone number, third-party account used for registration and other information you provide, such as nickname and avatar, which will be displayed in your posts, messages, comments, likes, and other related interactions.

Between Distributor and Dreame. Where account integration or App-related services are enabled, and subject to your consent, we may share certain personal data with Dreame for purposes including account integration, App login, and product support.

Service providers. We may engage third parties to act as our service providers and perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as IT maintenance, security and support service provider, payment provider, logistics provider, marketing and advertising partners, data analytics companies, event providers, mailing or emailing services or customer care center. Our service providers are obligated to handle personal data consistent with this policy and according to our instructions. They may not use the personal data we share for their own purposes and must delete or return the personal data once they have fulfilled our request. Account Synchronization & Brand Cloud. As described in this policy, for the purpose of account integration and seamless App login, certain personal data (such as your account profile and device information) will be transferred to and stored on Dreame’s secure cloud servers. Depending on your service region, these servers may be located in Singapore.

Data Retention. We and our partners retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with applicable legal requirements. Once the purpose is fulfilled, or upon a valid deletion request, we will take steps to delete or anonymize your data in accordance with industry standards.

Protection Standards. Shopify has implemented appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Xlauses (SCCs), to ensure that all overseas recipients of your data provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under the Singapore PDPA.
